国际镁协（IMA）将2020年度IMA最佳制造工艺奖颁发给了业界首款面向量产开发的锻旋镁合金轮毂项目，联合获奖单位是通用汽车、中信戴卡股份有限公司、西安理工大学、北京华北轻合金有限公司。
先后承担并完成了“十一五”国家科技支撑计划项目 1：高性能镁合金棒材及快速挤压术 2：低成本高强度韧性铸造镁合金及其生产技术 3：镁合金半固态流变成型技术及应用 国家863课题： 1：高强度镁合金研制及应用研究 十一五”国家科技攻关计划项目： 1：镁合金晶粒细化研究”
